Where do I book?

On each building's own page. For W Tower, pick your floor at W Tower, open a home and send your booking from there. Tayma checks the home is still vacant and confirms on WhatsApp.

What do I need to move in?

A copy of your Emirates ID and passport, your rent cheques, and the deposit and fees listed in your move-in estimate. Tayma guides you through the contract, municipality registration and SEWA connection.

When can I book?

W Tower is open for booking now. Al Tay Gate comes next: tap "Tell me when it opens" on its card and we WhatsApp you the day it does.
