Who looks after your details

What we collect

• When you send a form (enquiry, viewing, price request, call back, "tell me when", booking, reservation, move-in estimate or furnishing request): your name, your mobile number and anything you choose to add, such as a message, an email address, the home you picked, your budget, bedrooms and areas, and the choices you make on the page (for example payment day or number of cheques).
• Your connection's IP address with each enquiry or booking, to apply the spam limits in the terms.
• Visit statistics (see below).

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or passwords on tayma.ae.

How we use it

• To answer you on WhatsApp or by phone about your request, and to confirm, change or cancel a booking.
• To email you about your booking, only where a booking form asks for an email address (always optional) and you gave one.
• To keep a record of your enquiries and bookings in Tayma's own customer records (our CRM), so whoever at Tayma answers you sees the whole conversation.
• To email Tayma's team a copy of each new enquiry or booking, from bookings@tayma.ae.
• A "tell me when" request is kept with your other enquiries, so we can message you when the home or project opens.

We never sell or rent your number or details. To complete a tenancy or purchase you asked for, the landlord or developer receives the details the contract needs. A furnishing request on the Al Barakah Towers page goes to Tayma's furnishing partner, so they can quote you.

Visit statistics

tayma.ae counts visits with its own first-party statistics, not with an advertising or analytics company. They record page views, which buttons and pop-ups are used (by label), how far a page is scrolled and how long it stays open, under a random visitor number kept in your browser's storage. They also record where a visit came from: the referring site, a campaign tag in the link (utm source, medium and campaign), which kind of ad click it was, the kind of device and whether the page opened inside an app such as Instagram. They do not record anything else you type, or other parts of links.

When you send a form, sign in or look up a booking, the name and mobile number in it are linked to that visit record, so we know which pages you looked at before you asked.

Statistics are switched off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Cookies and browser storage

• Your browser's storage keeps the random visitor number above and small preferences, such as the emirate you chose or whether you asked for Tayma's assistance on a move-in estimate.
• The finder service sets a session cookie that ends when you close the browser. Tayma's own staff pages use a sign-in cookie.
• There are no advertising cookies.

Services we use

• The site and its records are hosted by Hostinger. Copies of new enquiries and bookings are emailed to Tayma's team, including to a Google (Gmail) mailbox.
• Maps on Tayma Finder load map tiles from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap (or Esri if those fail); some project pages load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from a public code library (jsDelivr). These services see your IP address when your browser fetches from them.
• When you choose WhatsApp, your messages are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and bookings while we are helping you and for our business records. Cancelled bookings are kept, not deleted, so a booking can be reinstated and the history stays clear.

Your choices

Ask us on WhatsApp +971 58 990 1551 to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete your enquiries and visit statistics. Booking records we need to keep for a tenancy or sale may be kept after the rest is deleted; we will tell you which.

AI assistants and agents

tayma.ae publishes read-only information for AI assistants (llms.txt, Markdown copies of pages and a property search tool). An assistant can fill in the call back form for you, but it never sends your details without you pressing the button yourself.

Changes

We update this notice when the site changes how it handles details. The date at the top shows the latest version.
