Who can buy at Joud Tower?

Joud Tower is for Arab nationals only. Buyers of other nationalities can't buy here.

How does reserving online work?

Pick a home and send your name and mobile. The home goes on hold, Tayma calls you to confirm, and nothing is paid online. Any deposit is discussed at the office visit.

Do I pay Tayma a commission?

No. Tayma charges buyers no commission on Joud Tower.

What is the service charge?

AED 9 per sq ft a year, as advised to Tayma.

When is handover?

Handover is expected at the end of 2028, as advised to Tayma.

Where is the office visit?

At our office in Albatha Tower, Sharjah, near Noor Tower. Tayma sends you the exact location on WhatsApp when you book.
